This week’s meditation is open access, as we do every couple of months. It’s drawn from a retreat, and some relaxing music has been added to the background.
This type of media is often suited as a co-regulator for our yoga practice. Prodding around at the big questions. Letting those settle in the body. Perhaps planting a seed that blossoms into slightly different beliefs, ones that support a higher self-worth, behaviour that rescues oneself and a love that is shared.
