025: what if love was our highest expression?
Greetings fellow human
It’s that time again, a new podcast ep.
This week is quite a long one, hitting almost 3 hours, but given this is the thread that binds together the work/book, it is an important foundation to lay if we are interested in this pathway for self-directed healing.
Some of the areas explored are:
What is the marriage between hypervigilance and ego-centrism? (hint: the body is trying to save us…)
What can we learn from this marriage and from the intergenerational transmission of this marriage? (knowing full well our DNA soup cascades down generations…)
What would life be like if we were able to take a body-led approach for restoring safety and unconditional acceptance? What would fall away? What would we welcome in? What approaches could we take?
And of course, much more.
