012: "we can compassionately understand how our life turned out b/c of an absence of intervention.."
Happy Monday fellow human,
The last of The Father Gap investigation via the podcast (there is plenty more to dig into in the book for those interested) comes with the episode below.
We explore the rocky intersection between approval and intervention, and when social scaffolding is not present, how approval deficits can run unhindered for decades.
Rolling forward. I’m breaking a few self-care rules at the moment to push for getting the second book out. We are close to transitioning from draft to proof read copy (it’s about 3 x the size of the first book), and then once the nitty gritty of editing and formating etc is worked out, the podcast series will continue down that rabbit hole i.e. “What If the Body Was Trying to Save You? Somatic Healing at Home.” Fingers crossed about 10 days.
Anyway, back to this week’s episode….
